Chris Malpass

Executive Director, Americas

Chris leads the US arm of our digital capability business. He is an expert in crisis and reputation management.

Chris has extensive experience of developing and delivering high-end crisis preparedness training. He’s also adept in live crisis response: from strategy development through to messaging and tactical engagement.

Recent clients include ExxonMobil, Rolls-Royce, Shell, American Express and Barclays.

For Chris, the days of overpaid consultants overcharging clients to help them respond to challenges should be gone. Teaching clients to ‘fish’ for themselves should be the new norm.

Chris’ 9 years of experience in digital and crisis comms includes roles for Cohn & Wolfe, Regester Larkin by Deloitte and the BBC. He has a Masters in International Public Relations.

When not helping clients with crisis preparedness, you’ll likely find him obsessing over a guitar. He’s also a self-confessed Beatles geek.
