As a Senior Consultant, Sonja helps clients build digital confidence through training, crisis simulations, and advising teams on digital strategy.
Before joining Helpful Digital, Sonja was a Senior Account Executive on Edelman’s Financial Communications team in New York, supporting the development and execution of strategic communications and crisis preparedness programs.
Sonja also led the execution of Edelman’s 2020 Trust Barometer Special Report: Institutional Investor Trust. She worked in partnership with Edelman Data & Intelligence and teams across six of Edelman’s global markets to create and launch a survey that captured the perspectives of 600 institutional investors representing over $20 trillion in assets. Sonja began her time at Edelman as an intern on Washington D.C.’s Energy team where she conducted research on energy and fuel policy trends, informing clients’ media strategies.
Sonja graduated Magna Cum Laude from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and from the College of William and Mary with her Master of Business Administration.
