As an Associate Consultant, Jess supports a variety of our projects. She is an expert in issues and crisis management, currently based in Nairobi, Kenya.

She has over 10 years’ experience in leading crisis preparedness programmes for clients across sectors: from developing crisis management plans and procedures through to delivering training and exercises.

She has also advised clients through live issues and crises, helping coordinate their internal response structures as well as their communication and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Jess was a consultant for Regester Larkin by Deloitte for 7 years before moving to Kenya 6 years ago. In addition to ongoing crisis preparedness work, she also delivers safety and security awareness training for development & humanitarian organisations.
She is a native French speaker, has a degree in Modern Languages (Spanish and Russian) from Bristol University and a Masters in International Relations from King’s College London.

When not helping clients with crisis preparedness, you’ll likely find her taking her kids on safari in one of Kenya’s national parks!
