We&#8217;re really proud of this work. It&#8217;s allowed us to deliver a layer of strategic direction following 6 years of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/helpfuldigital.com\/fr\/service\/digital-communication-strategy\/digital-social-media-strategy\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hands-on training with teams all over the world<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Launched an online consultation platform for a major transportation company. The work will allow thousands of people to have their say and engage online, something we strongly believe in and encourage the organisations we work with to do.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Published a social media response flowchart<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/miro.com\/app\/live-embed\/o9J_lC_wdc0=\/?moveToViewport=-1684,-986,1937,1148&amp;embedAutoplay=true\" width=\"768\" height=\"432\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivered a webinar on adapting social media content to audiences in different countries. We\u2019ve worked with clients on all seven continents so have developed a really good understanding of digital around the world.\u00a0 Just this month we\u2019ve worked with clients in Brazil, Qatar, and Russia to test their crisis responses. Two key resources for understanding the global digital landscape are Hootsuite\/We Are Social\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/wearesocial.com\/digital-2021\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Digital 2021<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/reutersinstitute.politics.ox.ac.uk\/digital-news-report\/2021\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reuters Institute\u2019s Digital News Report 2021<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our latest round up of Helpful Links follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crisis and dealing with misinformation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">What\u2019s the value of a good crisis response? Fastly\u2019s stock price went up recently as they were dealing with a major incident. The rise is attributed to an increase in awareness of the company and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/technology\/2021\/jun\/09\/fastly-says-single-customer-triggered-bug-that-caused-mass-outage\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the way they handled the issue<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Good monitoring is a vital part of responding to a crisis. The sooner you know about something, the better you can deal with it. TikTok is one of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/news\/uk-england-derbyshire-57644173?at_custom1=%5Bpost+type%5[%E2%80%A6]98A4-8DF1BDCD475E&amp;at_custom3=BBC+News&amp;at_custom2=facebook_page\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">places you need to keep an eye on<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google Search <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zdnet.com\/article\/google-adds-caution-to-search-results-on-emerging-topics\/\">will display a warning<\/a> if the topic searched for is yet to have a decent amount of verified information on the matter available.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Mayor of Miami-Dade, Daniella Levine Cava, has been very visible in the response and recovery to the Surfside Building collapse recently.
