Chris is an expert in crisis and reputation management and leads Social Simulator in North America, part of the Helpful group. He leads our work on crisis preparedness, helping public and private sector organisations to train and prepare themselves for dealing in social media with hostility or major incidents.

He has worked extensively in the field of crisis communications, helping organisations from across sectors to develop, embed and test crisis preparedness programmes. This has included designing and facilitating crisis exercises for clients including: BAE Systems, Shell, BG Group and Marks and Spencer.
