Luke Oatham led our intranet work at Helpful until September 2017, and now delivers this via his own independent company – Agento Digital. He created and supports GovIntranet, our straightforward intranet product serving tens of thousands of users around the world.

He has over 20 years experience in IT and digital communications, working with a wide range of clients, including at Transport for London and the Ministry of Justice. He has a diverse mix of skills: as a developer, then an information architect and user experience practitioner, his digital skills cover a range of specialisms including usability, content and information design, digital engagement, search, web analytics and a twist of human psychology. He combines budget usability testing techniques with data interpretation to design useful digital experiences. He runs a blog at covering topics such as content strategy, staff engagement, search and analytics.

We have worked with Doug Lang of NetDotNet for over a decade as our retained specialist systems administrator. He configures, secures and maintains our server infrastructure of over 30 client machines and provides expert advice to us and clients on Linux technology and hosting.
